Just beyond, enjoy easy access to a private deck, perfect for morning coffee. A gas grill is conveniently located on the front porch, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals. The condo offers three well-appointed bedrooms, two featuring king beds and the 3rd with a fun bunk bed that has a queen bed over two twin beds, ideal for kids or extra guests. With two full bathrooms and a stocked kitchen, everything you need for a comfortable stay is already in place. There is also a PWC slip available for an additional charge. Whether you're here to unwind or play, this condo provided the ideal combination of style, convenience, and scenic beauty.

The Bristol Bay Complex offers an outdoor seasonal pool and a common space fire pit, both located conveniently close to the condo. This complex is in the Four Seasons area directly off Horseshoe Bend Parkway close to many restaurants and waterfront bars. It is minutes to The Cove and The Ridge golf courses for golfers and just a little further to the historic Bagnell Dam Strip area. This is a great condo in a great location and is perfect to enjoy all the lake has to offer. The Bristol Bay condo complex is not a good choice for party groups as it is an upscale community. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management!

Please note: The condo is 2 levels up from parking, approximately 28 steps. There is not a boat slip available with this unit. Parking for 2 cars. There is no trailer or boat parking in the complex. Complimentary parking for additional cars and trailers 5 miles away. NO CHARCOAL GRILLS PERMITTED!
