With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the house comfortably sleeps 16, with room to accommodate more. The main level features a primary suite with a king bed, an additional twin daybed with trundle, and a private ensuite bathroom. You'll also find a spacious great room with a wall of windows providing stunning lake views and a separate game area complete with pool table and dart board - perfect for gathering and making memories. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and a second kitchen provides added convenience with an additional fridge and oven, ideal for larger groups. The main level also includes another full bathroom and a half bath. Upstairs, you'll find 4 more bedrooms, 3 with king beds and 1 with two sets of twin bunks, all offering a view of the lake. This level also includes another full bathroom, two separate vanity areas with sinks, and a cozy living space with a pull out sofa sleeper.

Take a short stroll down to the dock to fully embrace lake life. Guests have access to 2 boat slips (12x36 with lift for pontoon, and 10x34 with v-hull lift) and a swim platform.   What a great, spacious home! The place was clean, comfortable and was stocked with the basics. The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming. A short walk to the dock & water was perfect for our older crowd and youngsters.

  The Mimosa house was set up perfectly for a large group (we had 16). There were plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms, lots of seating for meal times, a whole extra kitchen for meal prep, and a large gathering area for our whole family. The dock was great for swimming and it wasn't too many steps to get down to the water.
