This family friendly getaway sits on a private point at the 7-mile marker, overlooking both the main channel and the Gravois Arm. Recently remodeled, the two-story home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plenty of space to relax, comfortably accommodating up to 9 people.

The main level features a welcoming living room with a gas log fireplace, a wall of windows showcasing the lake, and queen sofa sleeper. This open space flows into the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, making it perfect for gathering. You'll also find a dining area and a second, smaller living room with a lake view. Two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath complete this floor. The lower level is home to the spacious primary suite with a king-size bed and a full bath with shower and jetted tub, and direct access to an outdoor rock patio.

Step outside to enjoy the stunning lake views from the large deck, complete with patio furniture, and a gas grill. Down by the water's edge, there's a large rock martini patio (shared with Casablanca guests) with shade trees, patio furniture, and room to relax and watch the boats pass by. Guests also have access to a shared covered gazebo dock with a swim ladder, sun area, and additional seating. The water off the dock is deep, making it perfect for swimming and fishing. While this home does not include a private boat slip, slips are available to rent at nearby Mystic Marina. This quiet-side retreat offers breathtaking panoramic views of the lake, excellent fishing, and unforgettable sunrises. Located just 25-30 minutes from the Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozark and Osage Beach via the community bridge, it's close enough to the action while still providing the peace and relaxation of a private escape.

Please note: Property is furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grill, basic appliances, bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only.
