This charming waterfront house sits on a point at the 7-mile marker, overlooking both the main channel and Gravois Arm, and is the guesthouse to the Crownview Villa. It is two stories, offering three bedrooms and two baths.

The main level features a cozy living room with flat-screen TV and full-size sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a twin and twin trundle). A full bathroom, concrete porch with a swing, and a spacious deck with outdoor furniture round out this floor. Downstairs, you'll find two more beds (queen and full), a full-sized futon, a TV and game table, another full bath with shower, plus a convenient laundry room. A private deck opens directly from the living room, complete with patio seating and a grill for lakeside meals.

Guests also have access to a shared (with Crownview guests) lakefront rock patio and fire pit, perfect for watching the boat traffic or enjoying the sunset. The property includes a private covered swim dock with a ladder, sun deck, and patio furniture - set on deep water making it ideal to fish off the dock. While this home does not include a private boat slip, slips are available to rent at nearby Mystic Marina. This quiet-side retreat offers breathtaking panoramic views of the lake, excellent fishing, and unforgettable sunrises. Located just 25-30 minutes from the Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozark and Osage Beach via the community bridge, it's close enough to the action while still providing the peace and relaxation of a private escape.

If you need additional space, the 3 bedroom house next door (CROWNVIEW) is also available through Four Seasons Property Management!

Please note: Property is furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grill, basic appliances, bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of dish detergent, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, life jackets, etc. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only.

Pets welcome (max of 2) with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
