There is also a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for and 4 stools at the breakfast bar, washer and dryer, gas grill, and a private patio with awning.

Located within the prestigious Regatta Bay Condo Complex, conveniently situated in the Four Seasons area near Horseshoe Bend Parkway, you'll find a plethora of dining options and waterfront bars just moments away. You'll have access to the Regatta Bay on-site amenities, including two outdoor seasonal swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a swim dock, and a basketball hoop.

  My family, 7 of us, recently vacationed at Regatta Bay. We had a wonderful time. The property fits us perfectly. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Each family has their own bath. There was plenty of room. We loved being able to swim at either pool. Both were clean and well kept. My son, grandson and husband played pickleball while I relaxed on the deck. I love this place. We have stayed here multiple times.
  The customer service is great. The Kuerig coffee maker quit working. With a call to FSPM we had a new one in less than an hour. And my son’s car had to have a new water pump while at the lake. The mechanic was able to fix it but was not until we were to check out. The manager at FSPM was kind enough to give us a little leeway in the checkout time. We were out by 11:30. They were very accommodating. Dana is wonderful. She took very good care of us. I give her an A plus!

  What a clean ,well equipped condo for a long weekend stay! From well stocked kitchen, laundry room, pool area & fast reply from Four Seasons could not ask for a better stay!
  We rented two condos side by side and the balconies (brought extra bag chairs) we big enough that we could all be together in the evenings to have a few cocktails & eat together. We are already talking about doing it again next year!
