This wonderful private lakefront cabin resides in Old Hickory Cove of the Gravois Arm at the 1 mile marker of that arm of the lake. The property is ideal for small to medium sized family vacations. The home includes 2 level parking for easy access to home or lakefront yard, a manicured grassy yard with shade trees, lakefront deck, patio, lake front martini concrete patio, fire pit, super calm water and a small private dock with boat slip.

This super cozy lake house is packed with all the comforts of a lake front family oriented property: consists of a living area with a couch and loveseat, flat screen TV with satellite service, WIFI and DVD player. The kitchen is supplied with a refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a dining area for 6. The house also comes with a washer/dryer and 2 full bathrooms. You will find 2 separate bedrooms in the upper level. Both upstairs bedrooms have queen size beds and share access to the upstairs hall bathroom. Downstairs is where the kids can congregate in their own family room with a futon in the sitting area. A separate bedroom has a twin bed & pyramid bunk that is a twin over full bed. Just off the family area is a bath with a walk in shower.

This property offers guests several alternatives to enjoying the "quiet side" of the lake. Guests will certainly enjoy the large sunny martini patio with patio furniture, ideal for outside dining and relaxing. The owners have also supplied this area with an outdoor fire pit perfect for roasting treats in the evening hours while counting the evening stars. Plus the upper level lakefront deck is perfect for watching the kids play in the yard and swim off the dock and the lower level patio has a gas grill. The property has a private dock with one 10' X 24' boat slip and swim ladder. It's perfect for any family gathering at the lake!

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric range, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The vacation rental includes all bedding, bath towels and dish towels. Plenty of parking here - 2 under the roadside overhang, a couple down by the lower level and two more on the opposite side of the road. And yes, you can park your trailer on the second tier lot.

This house offers guests all of life's simple pleasures - a quiet place to enjoy the lake's beauty and a great location for kicking back and creating wonderful memories with family and friends. This house is just 30-35 minutes away from all the attractions on the west side of the Lake - Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozark, and Osage Beach - via the nearby free community bridge. The Buck Creek Store is close by and offers convenience supplies, fishing worms, ice, and lots of grocery items. A free neighborhood zoo, of sorts, has a donkey, zebra, horses and a camel. Bring a camera and some carrots to feed the animals. If you are looking for excitement, book an e-Foil lesson with Gnarley Harley Adventures, conveniently located in the same cove.

Our properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children's use only. We also provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and toilet paper and paper towels. Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Please note: Parking for 2 under the roadside overhang, couple down by lower level and 2 more on the opposite side of the road. You can also park your trailer on the second tier lot.

Pets welcome with a $200 non refundable pet fee.
