Both living spaces are appointed nicely offering lake views and spanning lake view decks each with their own kitchen. Now let’s move outside....this is the total package with a lawn on the street side of the house for lawn games, two huge lakeview decks, a gas grill, gas fire pit and a fantastic dock offering a 12' X 40' slip for your boat with a nice swim platform. You can park up to 7 cars and there is trailer parking on the property also. Located at the 44 mile marker of the Osage Arm in Bollinger Creek Cove, just around the corner to Big Dicks Halfway Inn, this is the perfect location for rest, relaxation and great fishing!   We celebrated our Golden Anniversary here with 25 members of our family (kids, grand kids, a great grand daughter, in-laws & outlaws)! We enjoyed the 9 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms & 2 kitchens. Also fun Tim on the lake boating, fishing & swimming from the beautiful and large dock. Lots to explore nearby like caves, hiking, & a quick trip to Branson. A great time was had by all at this heavenly haven on Lake of the Ozarks!

  We had a wonderful time! The house was the perfect size and the layout was great! Kids had their own space. 2 kitchens gave us some hilarious moments trying to find enough items for our entire family! The view was beautiful and the dock was definitely large enough to accommodate 21 people and all of our floaties!
