This house has everything you need to enjoy your next family vacation located at the 22 mile marker by water and off of Route KK in Osage Beach. Perfect outside space offering 2 decks, a lakeside grass yard with minimal steps to the dock which is the complete setup to enjoy your time in the lake. The lower entry level features the living room, dining room, the fully stocked kitchen (with whole house water filter system), plus 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a full bathroom. The upper level offers two more bedrooms one with a king bed and queen sofa sleeper plus the kid's room with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over double) with a trundle bed and a futon. You can sleep 12 people in beds and there is plenty of space in the living room or kid's room for an air mattress if you want to bring one. All bedrooms, the living room and the dock are all equipped with WiFi and flat screen TVs. The lakeside grass yard offers the opportunity to enjoy outside activities including a game of Corn Hole, bags which are supplied at the house. The dock offers plenty of space to spread out with a covered sitting area and an open air swim deck with a diving platform and a Wet Steps ladder. The owner keeps their boat and a PWC in the slips but you are welcome to tie up to the side of the dock. This house is located in Osage Beach close to many lake area attractions including Margaritaville, the Oaks Golf Course, Red Head Yacht Club, Big Surf Waterpark just to mention a few. Please note: This house is monitored by external cameras. There is space for 4 cars max in the driveway. 2 additional cars can be parked on the side of the upper road. Trailer parking at Public Beach #2, about 6 miles from the house (small nightly fee).
