With its vibrant decor, relaxed atmosphere, private setting, and ample sleeping accommodations for up to 14 people, this 4-bedroom waterfront retreat is ideal for families, couples, corporate retreats, golf enthusiasts, and Lodge of the Four Seasons convention attendees seeking a secluded getaway.

Designed to provide utmost comfort, the villa comprises four bedrooms, two furnished with king beds and two with queen beds. Additionally, three queen sofa sleepers ensure a restful night's sleep for everyone. Spanning two levels of captivating lakeview living, the upper level offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with an adjacent dining area, and a balcony. The lower level boasts two more bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a wet bar complete with a mini refrigerator, multiple cozy sitting areas, and a magnificent lakeview living space that leads to a sweeping multi-level deck overlooking the water. This family friendly house also has a crib, highchair, baby changing pad, and a baby gate at the top of the stairs. You can easily access the swim platform at the water's edge, allowing you to fully embrace the tranquil lake surroundings.

As a guest of Treetop Village, you'll have access to two outdoor neighborhood pools. Located in the esteemed Village of Four Seasons, just off Horseshoe Bend Parkway, and only minutes away from the Lodge of the Four Seasons, our villa offers the perfect vantage point to savor all the wonders of Lake of the Ozarks. Two renowned golf courses, the Cove and the Ridge, are also just a stone's throw away. Please note: There is parking for 5-6 cars. There is a swim platform with ladder but no boat or PWC docking. The steps to the front door are natural stone and are slightly uneven.

  This unit has a GREAT view of the channel. We loved watching the boats go by on the main channel. We had 12 guests and the unit absorbed our number of guests very well. We never felt like we were tripping over each other. Some minor issues: the grill is too small for a large group of 12. The furniture is old but clean. Some closet doors were broken. The internet was spotty. Our family would definitely like to return next year. Among the positives: lots of dishes, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, plenty of space to spread out, the outdoor decks are in excellent shape. We could park three large vehicles in front of the unit. There were two additional spaces which we did not use. We called the property managers on three occasions and they were very responsive. The pools are excellent. Parking is an issue by the smaller pool in the complex.

  The place was exactly as the photos showed. It was clean and really nice. We loved it and slept 14 comfortably. The deck(s) and the big windows were amazing. Great view! The front office was responsive and helpful too! Would recommend and would stay again in the future.

  The rental was amazing. The house itself was super clean when we arrived and had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. There was ample space for us all to park and plenty of sleeping areas for everyone to rest their head. All of the appliances and such worked. The house may feel dated to some, but everything works as expected and is super clean; our group felt that it really fit the lake house vibe. The location of this house is really nice, you're able to get great views and some really beautiful sunsets. The back porch is awesome and the dock is great to swim off of.
